After several wonderful summer seasons welcoming you, Restaurant Les 3 Barbus will be taking a break for the 2026 season.

 

For guests staying at the hotel, a dining service will still be available (upon request) throughout the 2026 season.

 

In addition, events and group meals for resident guests can be organised (upon request). Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your needs.

 

This pause is a time of rest for our pots and knives, making room for new ideas and new projects.

 

Behind the stoves, now partially quiet, creativity continues to simmer: a new dining space, new formats, new ways of welcoming you…
